Notes:Notes: We really like this dish - easy to pick out the bits picky eaters aren't fond of, but tasty and filling. We actually did this without the cost of the eggs as we "barter" eggs with friends who have prolifically producing chickens right now! I make soap, so that what they get in return! So - with our free eggs, it works out : at $2.02 per person! Cool - and it has ALL the elements for a healthy dish. Clean up is pretty easy too as we use the same pan for cooking all the elements, and they are non stick - so the kitchen help is happy as well!
